We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item(s), you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may be subject to different return/exchange policies—please review details at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return or exchange, please complete our Contact Us form. An Ultimate Creations representative will respond with next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).

Exchanges

For exchanges (e.g., different size or color), indicate your preference when submitting the return request. We’ll ship your replacement once the original item is received.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Note: We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our eligibility criteria or show signs of wear or washing.
